A first proposal can be brief. Introduce yourself, describe the question or opportunity, explain its relevance to Untold Coffee, and state what you can contribute or need. Include the intended people, place, format, timescale, and expected result where you can.

We consider the relevance and usefulness of the proposal, whether the roles and resources are realistic, and what responsibilities it creates around people, ownership, privacy, consent, and publication. A strong idea may still need to wait if the right capacity or expertise is not available.
